New Zealand U18 boys and girl’s players require mentoring, coaching and opportunities. Wax Eye are looking for coaches who have a sense of football community love. This approach is one to one elite training program which includes weekly video analysing of games with player, checking on the player completing his/her weekly training program, liaising with parents and watching the player play when needed. 

Encouraging them to be high achievers at school. Working under the N W Football Coaching agreement between player and parents. 

This a volunteer position. However, if the player signs a professional contract Wax Eye Sports will reimburse the coach at a set fee set by Wax Eye Chairman Neil Haines
