George played for North Wellington AFC and came through their academy system. 

He came to my attention on my travels through Wellington scouting for players in September 2024.He join our high-performance program. 

He went on to play for the New Zealand U16 representative team in Sydney in 2025. Later in the year he joined the Phoenix FC Club. 

He has captain the academy team, made his debut in the New Zealand Central League and selected to play in China at the International Hope Cup for the Phoenix Academy team.
